OZONE 2 by E-on Software

Ozone 2 can generate complete outdoor atmospheres with animated clouds, haze, fog and volumetric air. It's made of 2 different plug-ins: a 3D Shader plug-in and a post effect plug-in. The 3D Shader plug-in compute the volumetric influence of the atmosphere on the scene. The post effect plug-in only acts as a texture for the sky for very fast rendering.

MAC/PC - 8.012 and above - $/Euro 199

AMBIENT OCCLUSION by Stephan

This plugin implements ambient occlusion in Cinema 4D. Anbient Occlusion is a channel shader that simulates a huge dome light surrounding the entire scene. The surface of the object will be shaded according to the amount of rays that hits it, occluded portions of the surface will be rendered darker. A very interesting plugin !
